Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our online booking system. If you don't see your preferred date, time, or service available, or if you want an appointment outside of our regular business hours, we encourage you to contact us directly by phone. Whenever possible, we'll make every effort to accommodate special scheduling requests.

To respect our artists’ time and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly as for 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

For group reservations, on-location services, and appointments with our international guest artists, a minimum of five days’ notice is required.

Hair extensions and permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of the required notice period will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

We understand that delays happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact the salon as soon as possible at 202 293 3333.

Depending on your arrival time and your artist's schedule, we may need to modify, shorten, or reschedule your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Consultations are required for hair extension services, color correction services, and permanent makeup services. All consultations are complimentary.

During your consultation, your artist will take the time to understand your goals and discuss the recommended approach to achieve your desired results.

Consultations allow us to create a personalized service plan and ensure we are able to provide the highest level of care and exceptional results for your appointment.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the services. This is left to the discretion of our guests.

To secure certain appointments and services, a 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits allow us to reserve the necessary time, resources, and artist availability dedicated to your appointment.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve all permanent brow makeup appointments, including microblading, powder brows, and combo brows. Once your complimentary consultation is complete and you are ready to schedule your service, the deposit will be collected to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at checkout on the day of your service.

Following your complimentary in-salon extension consultation and color matching appointment, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your extension application service. Because all extension hair is custom ordered, we must receive your deposit before placing the order. Extensions must typically be ordered at least one week prior to your appointment date. Once the extensions have been ordered, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.

A 50% deposit is required for all on-location services and large group reservations. This deposit secures your artists' availability and reserves the time necessary to accommodate your event.

A 50% deposit is required for customized services that require a significant time commitment, such as color corrections and other extensive appointments that may occupy a half or full day of an artist's schedule. This deposit ensures dedicated time is reserved exclusively for your service.

If you request an appointment outside of our regular business hours or outside of your artist’s regularly scheduled availability (including days your artist is not typically scheduled to work), and your artist is able to accommodate your request, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

An additional service fee may apply for appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours or outside of your artist’s normal schedule. Any applicable fees will be communicated and confirmed prior to booking.

Our services are non-refundable. If you have questions regarding a previous service, please contact our team within 2 days after your service appointment by emailing concierge@erwingomezbeauty.com.

If you purchase a retail product from our salon, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unopened, unused, and we can verify the transaction under your name and account in our system.

We are located at 1104 24th Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20037, on the corner of 24th Street and L Street Northwest.

Street parking is available nearby on 24th Street, M Street, L Street, 23rd Street, and 25th Street. Please be sure to review all street parking signs and restrictions before leaving your vehicle, as parking regulations vary by location and time of day.

Several convenient parking garages are also available throughout the surrounding area.
